All great points and I appreciate your input.  Your 2 "things" are absolutely spot on. 

However, your 2 "things" have been around forever and not sure why public markets are no longer a great thing as Bruce has espoused in previous shareholder letters.  No company in Canada has ever tapped the public markets the way the Brookfield Group has in the last 20 years and now to say "most people blah blah blah"....very bad look IMO.  

I could go farther down the rabbit hole....but I have to cut the grass...lol!
