The only BPY insider that I can see that has stepped up in any meaningful way is Bryan Davis , the CFO.  I noted this in an earlier post.  He has purchased about $4 million in the BPY pref shares in recent months.

The CEO did buy BPY pref shares in the amount of $0.3 million a year or 2 ago....relative to the cash (in stock and bounuses) he has pulled out of Brookfield Corp in the last few years, it is a very very small amount.  If there was ever a time for him to step into the public securities of BPY, I think it would be now, with 15% yields all over the place.  And maybe he still will.
