RE:RE:Rates you see are BS.... is that simple enough?you have to start someone where..... anything more than a 5 year old, you wouldn't understand.  You did ask for a 5 year old level.   

You can't understand how important it is to first understand that these rates are BS????   It's just what you are probably investing off of????    Or is it, "mr Flatt, mr Flatt, mr Flatt.... I believe in Mr Flatt" that you are basing your investing on?

All just my opinion/view/thinking
