These are basically unconditionally guaranteed with

a "continuing guarantee" clause as I understand.   Maybe more secure than a Bond???

These are RESET Prefers, not Bonds.

Slowly the market is waking up to this fact.   Recently there's been "chatter" about Prefer ETFs about how they will reset higher (pay more dividends).... and funds looking to ...more

back at begining of the year when the T's reset, and talks or rate cuts........ NO.

Using current GoC 5yr rate of 3.74% .... Reset Yields on BPO

range from a low of 11.47% to high of 15.19% at this moment with current share prices.   15.19% reset yield !!!    Share price on this particular BPO Prefer would have to still ...more
