I read Bridgeport's quarterly report from earlier in the year which basically said that they weren't pursuing any of their existing properties, which explains why the share price equalled the cash position. This sounds like a good opportunity.
I would imagine the existing warrants will either stay as they are or be replaced by something equivalent?
At what point do you think that there will be an announcement?
