Disney?

Disney?Perhaps Dan Loeb should be an activist investor on BPY.  He is telling Disney to cut the dividend and reinvest in its business.

BPY should be cutting its dividend and reinvest in its business by buying back its stock.  Otherwise BAM is going to slowly take it over.

Nonetheless, BAM will pay a good price to us all but I guess BPY's days as a public company will be over in the next year or so.

It is pretty clear to me that this recent run is all about BAM, as RAD10 said,  "vacuuming up" shares.

Very interesting to see the BEP CEO move to BAM as CIO......a few years ago, this spot seemed reserved for Brian Kingston.

Still long,
Vette
