profitable brewery

A profitable brewery with no debt is a great investment as an investor can be pretty sure next year there will be slightly more people drinking slightly more beer in aggregate but less beer per person.

Profit is repetitive execution of detail work.

An unprofitable brewery with a ton of debt and a sleepy board is an accident waiting to happen.

Big Rock needs an equity infusion to payoff debt.
