Bullish market and comments vs. results

Bullish market and comments vs. resultsYes, results are backward looking. Regardless, you should read the financial statements on Sedar.com

Big loss last quarter, wiping out the same Q results a year ago. Credit facility is 2/3 drawn. Number of realtors down. Some of their fees deferred with no interest accruing.

There is no div. increase in the near future!
The current div. of approx. 9% should be ok since the real estate market is booming again. Spring is around the corner and that's always good for the industry.
