RE:Permits???????????????There is nothing on the internet concerning permits for Belo Sun recently. Either way, it would be publicized, especially if rejected. So no, there is no news on (the final installation) permits. Remember that mining permits are a provincial matter and the province has already approved an environmental assessment. The federal prosecutor is postulating that it affects the Indigenous groups, and thus the federal ahuthority IBAMA needs to also approve the mine. And so Belo Sun is doing an indigenous study (to be nice and just in case). I personally like the idea. But there is no court order to that effect, and if you look online, the mine is clearly beyond the 10KM limit from the land designated as populated by Indigenous people. I believe this slight uncertainty, lack of foreseeable other news, and whatever else they can throw out is what some big funds are using to manipulate the price down to load up. Its worth 15-20 times the current price easy at current gold prices if and when the mine is operational, which is very likely, but just delayed.
