this could take years

this could take yearsIf they have to do a full blown impact assessment of indigenous groups it could take 6 months just to finalise the scope, a year or two to do the consultations and the study and then we hope the study concludes that those groups will not be negatively impacted.  

Have been in this stock for years and the company needs to do a much better job at providing clarification.  We as investors were told that indigenous settlements were outside the 10 km perimeter and therefore a full blown impact assessment was not required. I know they have spent millions relocating some people within that permiter (mostly artisinal miners who have illegally placer mining )and have provided resettlement.  If the settlements are 12 and 16km away , why did the appeals court uphold the construction halt???
