Thanks to Peter the mafioso, zero progress in the past 6 years, 1 step forward 3 steps back with Peter, he will bankrupt this company and nobody is doing anything about it.

Contact all the major shareholders and express you concerns.  It appears that the BOD is stacked for allowing this to happen.
