BTB Real Estate Investment Trust > Chock full of good news!!!

Chock full of good news!!!

When I read the PR last night, I was amazed at the amount of positivity contained therein. In particular, I noted the CEO's comment:

We continue to pivot into the industrial property segment.

This is a really sensible strategy ... following the acquisition of SMU.un by DIR.un, there really are only two other industrial REITs remaining: Nexus and PRO. So it is likely to be a very wise strategy for BTB over the long-term!

So I kicked myself last night for having missed the boat ... assuming the unit price would rise today as a result ... but tried anyway ... put in a bid right after market open and filled at $3.19 before the buyers were alerted to the good news ...now trading at $3.26.

Good luck to all long-term unitholders!
