BTB never moves

BTB just no matter what the markets are doing moves very little  all other reits have fairly large swings and have steadily increased ????  anyone have a opinion as to whats holding BTB back these days  or is it just the high interest rates that are scaring everyone

High interest rates have hurt the share price.  But BTB doesn't move because there are five analysts covering the stock and every analyst has a target price of 4.00.  The market must agree that right now it is fairly valued at 3.84.
