So if Btc moves up to $60,000 - approx 12% - then SP would be approx $11.50 ?

Because BitCoin never stops trading (24hours), and BTCC only trades during trading hours, knowing the value of the index at 4pm each day and then at 9:30am the next open will give you the tools to determine the openning fair value for BTCC each morning.

If you go to the purpose website you will see the current price in canadian and it says there is 6648.736 btcc shares per bitcoin.Simple math right now is $67630 / 6648.736 =$10.17. The stock is currently at $10.42. So it's trading at a premium to nav.

So Bitcoin ETF should now be about $11.32. Canadian At $57,000 u.s. per Bitcoin. If Bitcoin continues to trade this or higher ETF could open up higher than $11 on Monday. Am I sort of getting this

If the NAV valuation time is 4:00PM each trading day, then at the close on Friday the index that it tracks was $55,378.50 USD and we closed at $10.55 market value $10.51 NAV. Therefore if the index is now $57,000 USD which is 2.928% higher then our NAV should be $10.82 also 2.928% higher. However the CDN/USD exchange changes over that same period will shift it a little up or down.
