Buying the dips off from ATHs

Today after watching the ATH reached on some exchanges over USD $69K, and then waiting for a pullback, I've added more.

1. ETF's in America are buying like crazy.
2. Asian BTC ETFs coming very soon in Hong Kong
3. Halving event in less than 60 days.
4. Rally is institutional not retail.
