Honest question because I read a lot of both sides. Will BTC make most of it's money before the halving or after ? A few people in my investment club are selling Apr 20th as they expect a major hit.. I realize that some people are long on BTC and therefore don't make care about fluctuations but just wondering.

Hey Bubba9, People sell for many reasons and maybe the people in your investment club are happy with a small profit.  At BTC price of USD$69K, evevyone 100%  is in a profit.  Once ATHs are reached, there is no TA model to say how high it can go.   Your investment club thinks that BTC will take a hit after the halving event?  Or perhaps they see the cycle ending

The bear camp believes a major dip will come around the having they are using 2 cycles of data 2016 and 2020. I have a major problem using that data, 2016 the over all market sold off 20% so ya Bitcoin followed, today best market in 60 years. 2020 was a once in 100 year pandemic so i toss that out. The bull camp sees BTC the cycle of 4x in 18 months after the having.  All i see is a race to
