RE:bte If there was one coming now is the time. Im sure any suitors are looking at the share price and saying we better get our offer in... I know a lot of people said 10 to 12 per share... but I suspect any offer would be lower, more like $7 to $8/share plus debt. I just know that anyone buying it will want it for a bargain in this low oil price environment.
Going forward, oil IS going higher, 8, 10, 16 months out, so any buyout offer will have to be in within the next few weeks in my opinion if it is coming at all.
