Nobody knows what the EIA numbers will be. Your prediction is based on nothing. It's a complete shot in the dark.
The thing that puzzles me about API and EIA is you must have some sort of balance between the two... How can one show a draw weekly and the other less of a draw, eventually you would think the EIA numbers would show a really big draw. We need BTE up over $8 and holding, then good quarterly results with actual earnings and talk about paying down debt slowly, and if oil gets into the mid to high 50's by then, and bingo BTE is low teens.
