This is what you posted in part... US crude output is still falling rapidly. The week ending July 1st, crude output fell by 192k bpd, its largest weekly decline since September of 2013! Output is still plummeting despite the rig count increasing 5 of the past 6 weeks. This proves that decline rates of crude oil producing facilities heavily outweighs the additional rigs being brought back online.
