Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 162,000 net acres of crude oil operations. Its Viking assets are located in the Dodsland area in southwest Saskatchewan and in the Esther area of southeastern Alberta. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

Wow... You think thats going to boost the shares? The shares are already at $6-$7 because its KNOWN they are not in financial trouble, tell me something EVERYONE doesnt already know lol, I know you think its all rainbows but its NOT. Your missing the point that they are not doing as well as they claim they are. In a few years if oil is still $50 BTE is LTS, get it?? I think oil goes higher, but the point is, and what I was looking for was not for them to declare a loss of 41 cents a share, and pay down a tiny potion of their debt. ...... Lets see how it plays out when the markets open. My bet is its neutral... I wanted something that was going to tell the markets the shares ARE worth $11 as BTE claims, but its just not there.
