For full disclosure Schacter doesn't own or never did own any of his top picks and he isn't actively shorting Baytex at least to anyone's knowledge. It's all about he price if the commodity, if nothing gets done with OPEC at the next meeting I would get out because there will nothing to support the price. It appears Baytex has three weeks to live, it's up to OPEC and Russia now. It's disconcerting that we haven't had a 30 or 40 cent jump in months and I think we might see a 50 cent down day before a 50 cent up day. Baytex is just trading so poorly lately, it is a slow grind lower unfortunately. $9 was the peak, in three weeks we will know the fate of this stock.

I like where he says in 3 weeks we will know the fate of this stock... In 3 weeks? thats all it has left? lol, I dont think the end is coming in 3 weeks... Maybe 3 years if oil stays low but 3 weeks is a wee bit premature.
