Baytex Energy Corp. is a Canada-based energy company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its crude oil and natural gas operations are organized into three main operating areas: Light Oil USA (Eagle Ford), Light Oil Canada (Pembina Duvernay / Viking) and Heavy Oil Canada (Peace River / Peavine / Lloydminster). Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 162,000 net acres of crude oil operations. If baytex had no debt people wouldnt be talking about a $ stock  it would probably be $25 or more

You are making a very big assumption with your statement, you are saying that most think it needs to be paid off, anyone who understands the way it works knows it will need to be rengotiated and knowing we are at historically low rates ,will be renewed at higher  rates or a portion paid off  with new shares issued. In the case of renegotiated debt agreements it means less cash for growth and drilling or dividends. In the case of new shares it will dilute existing shareholders. In either case it leaves less per share for existing sharholders. 

You really ahouldn't make rash and uneducated and illinformed comments since you really don't kbow the level of expertise,experience posters have .
