The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil and natural gas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Eagle Ford in the United States. Its Eagle Ford assets are located in the core of the liquids-rich Eagle Ford shale in South Texas. The Eagle Ford shale covers approximately 162,000 net acres of crude oil operations. It also holds 100% working interest land position in the East Duvernay resource play in central Alberta.

Sold some of my BTE for a very small gain, so minimal tax issues, in my account, purchased same RRX at 1.36 ratio in my wife's account.  Pocketed the arb difference to the tune of about $4000 and moved margin interest expense deduction to my wife who can use all of it.  I am hitting the alternative minimum tax nonsense, so a long term goal is to move much of the margin debt to her name.  Win, win, and win.
