At the end of the day a company's performance and its sp are directly correlated to management skill and acumen in managing its assets; LaFehr took over sometime in 2016 and since then it's been downhill for BTE. True, it hasn't been the best of times for the oil patch as a whole but other companies have weathered the bad times much better than BTE; no one to blame but the CEO.
