Oil Whisperer

Oil Whisperer

The UAE news is very damaging news.  Oil markets might plunge if the EIA leaves.  Throw in Iran and we could get a plunge in the oil markets that has never been seen before.  A price war is the last thing we want.  If OPEC can't agree I see devastating price action to the downside.  BTE could lose 30 percent of its value in a less than a month.  I think a 10 percent drop in the oil price is possible this week with the UAE news.  One little rogue nation can't keep it in its pants and the UAE is going to ruin it for everyone.  I think if they don't come to an agreement tomorrow there will be massive volatility to the downside.  Only UAE buying in to the agreement with stabilize us at $75.  $75 oil will be the high point in this crisis in my opinion, I have learned turmoil is never good for the markets and UAE has thrown us a curve ball nine of us was expecting.  If UAE leaves oil is in trouble.  I can't believe all that positive action on oil is going to be wiped out because of one country.
