RE:RE:RE:RE:3 hours to go Earnings will be released Agreed 100% earnings were in line with my expectations.
The question mark I had was debt versus CAPEX....I did state everyday
"
If Clearwater development can accelerate FCF, debt payment, share buybacks and dividends do it."
I repeat this morning, noon and end of day.
Management is completely on the right track.
For those who wanted a Divy....I said NO every single day...if they had that expectation not why....I also post everyday the company video links stating the position the "Crystal Clear" post everyday.
I like the results...but again I'm long-term June 2023 to assess....not short term like others might be

This is going to be a rocket, but also requires some patience. Those looking for instant gains need not apply.

Realistically:
Cash flow is known. Hell, Wolf kindly posts it for us every day. That won't drive the price.
Debt reduction is known. There is a chance they didn't put all FCF onto debt which would disappoint.
They are not going to announce a dividend or buybacks until they lower debt levels. So no need to anticipate anything there.
The potential catalyst in earnings for share price would be an update on clearwater showing an even better opportunity there than what is already known.
A significant downside risk is how much hedging contracts they took on for 2022 already and at what price.
This is a great opportunity and I have no doubt this will trade higher in 2022. Unrealistic expectations for these earnings do not help the cause.
