RE:RE:Many on this board even forcasted by eoy divi

RE:RE:Many on this board even forcasted by eoy diviI think its a bit of both (me wishing and what I think they've acutally said)... I feel as tho managment had published an intention to pay an unspecified dividend amount at a very specified pre-determined multiple/debt benchmark.  Was it binding... no. So I hear you.  And yes I'm admitting that I am perhaps conflating my wishes and what I think is miss-representation to some degree.

I have spoken with Brian on multiple occasions actually. This comes as a massive surprise to me. It's just my personal take and I'm simply sharing it.  Doesn't make me more right or wrong than you.   I think BTE is awesome... but i'm personally a bit soured given, and its fair for you to at least agree, they at minimum suggested the divi combination was to be seriously considered at the specified debt benchmark. So why do all that to then suddenly go balls to the wall on debt only.  That's all I'm saying.

or 1st quarter of 2023.  I think it was pretty clear that BTE indicated a "combination" (their word) of buybacks and dividends beyond just debt repayment.  Sure, perhaps its my fault and I read too much into it... that's what the market including ERIC N. wants.  If I were him, I'd sell at the next top... why wait until 2024 to get paid when we are headed into a global recession? Take profit and buy something that pays a divi by a mangement team that keeps its word.

so you keep saying mgmt isn't keeping their word but you can't point to where they've broken it. Does a bunch of guys hoping or forecasting a dividend mean it's going to happen? Do you ever deal with IR? Ask clarifying questions when you are perhaps reading into things. Maybe you should. If you're interested I will privately share my correspondence with IR which will make it pretty clear that they've not broken their word. And this is important to me. I have a lot of money invested in this company and it doesn't do my investment any good to have a high volume poster such as yourself making these claims based on your self admitted "maybe I read too much into it"
