Russia looking to store more Oil ?

Russia looking to store more Oil ?Russia is looking for more storage for Oil ahead of sanctions, why? preparations for war? because the only thing that they can do is to shut off Oil and NG to Europe, that's their only ace in their pocket and if you don't think that this could escalate to war then you're an idiot! They're also planning on turning off all NG to Europe at the end of the month for maintenance. Do you have any clue how many people will die in Europe without heat in their -40f winters so do you think that the world would sit by? If we go to war then the stock markets could suffer and it would be the start to the end of higher Oil and NG. Either way by recession or war Oil and NG will head lower as they have in the past
