TC EnergyTC Energy said partial restart of Keystone will happen tomorrow but the line WILL NOT BE OPEN TO THE FORKS AND UNABLE TO REACH CUSHING OK. In other words , KEYSTONE IS STILL SHUTDOWN AND WILL BE FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS . WCS is in short supply at the gulf coast and the entire system has about 100 days before inventory will no longer be sufficient to keep refineries supplied with crude . If you could only buy shares in BS you'd be rich as BS seems to be the new truth .
Conspiracy theory : I don't think there is enough production to satisfy a healthy world economy . 8 billion people aren't consuming less oil than 7 billion people did ............ world inventories of crude are being drained while talkingheads point to imported gasoline as the solution . When the shock actually hits you watch how fast bnn backtracks on this rhetoric .
PS , I'm getting much more comfortable with the "mas trading plan" , it is money in the bank .
