A cautious OPEC AND Financial prudent shale procedures

A cautious OPEC AND Financial prudent shale procedures After a decade on demonizing the oil and gas industry we now have A cautious OPEC AND Financial prudent shale procedures. This combination will drive oil price higher. Forget BTE free cash flow for a while which is over $400M at $76 oil and think about 5 years ago they would have been pumping all of that and even borrow to raise production. Now from the shake field in Texas to Alberta oil sands everyone is having modest growth when demand is increasing. We want a cautious OPEC and prudent north American producers for a sustainable oil price for a very long time to come.
