Rafi on BNN today

Rafi on BNN todayNo real downside at these levels. I always find Rafi to have a more balanced outlook on O&G. He spoke to the declining North America rig counts over the last 3 months and how it has extended from gas to oil. He was also talking about OPEC+ and if it will demonstrate it's control. Specifically, about the Saudi cuts, and if the rest of OPEC will be supportive of the OPEC narrative. I thought his comments on SA becoming the swing producer and that they don't traditionally like that were interesting. I would have expected the opposite as it leaves them more in control, even if they are doing most of the work cutting.
