Yup.  There are still far more doubters than believers.  This adds more fuel to the fire as they will eventually cave and start to believe in the current oil price and speculate on higher price.  Then all these stocks will 2x-3x.  BTE and MEG will see the most torque. A 7 year oil bear has left its mark on investors.  It will take higher sustained prices for them to come
