I'll be holding to $10 , you see I bought with cash and I have time to spare . I expect to be holding for the next 18 months while I bathe in FCF and dividends . Whats your plan ?

10$ atleast agree . I have some of this in my TFSA and RRSP too. Oil Bull cycles last 3-5 years and not selling before 2023 .

I personally am not fixated on an exit price. I am looking more at the data and watching the trends i.e. inventory etc.. I also feel the cycle will last more than 3-5 years so why sell early due to a predetermined price point is my opinion. If I learned anything in my years of business... it's cutting and slashing investment takes a long time to reverse/fix even when you have a will and a way ...more

I can pay my Father back at $5 but at that point my Father and I agreed we should watch it closely and see what happens. This went to $4.35 previously and back to $3.30 so no guarantees it goes straight up.

The minute this hits $5  A) you promised you would leave  B) sell your shares  if you dont, this whole mess is on you if we see a correction.   You give investors a bad name.  Discipline !

Not so sure this hits $5 as fast as people think. Also, it has to hold.  If it hits $5 for a split second that doesn't really count.  Good to see you are worried enough that you don't think it will last, the EIA is predicting $68 oil and here we are at $85 oil. Putin and the Yemen are causing this right now, supply concerns are an issue but shale will start ramping up with ...more
