Drilling complications and sand - Reuters Feb 15th

All of a sudden a blast of supply issue news...media now switching attention?

I think everyone hears daily about the labour market challenges and equipment challenges in this new covid world.

Here is an example....something as simple as sand....

How can drilling be robust if we are having a tough time getting sand...I should grab some tankers and head to the Sahara...(kidding)

"DENVER, Feb 15 (Reuters) - With crude prices at their highest levels in years, U.S. oil drillers are trying to boost output fast, but their efforts have been hit by a shortage of sand to use for fracking operations.
 
Crude output is expected to hit records in parts of Texas and New Mexico, the heart of U.S. shale activity. Sand supplies are so tight that it is slowing the pace of work for some oil drillers, and higher costs for sand are eating into the bottom line for others."

Am I in the twilight zone?? "But demand is still heavy as drillers look to cash in on crude prices that this week touched $95 a barrel, the highest in roughly seven years. And bought great thing about TA trading took me 2 mins to see the chart is a screaming buy , fundamental research bah dyodd oh 600% to get back to 2014 highs cheers posting on that board stopped in 2017 Nice lol
