Quick question - Theoretically shouldlnt the debt actually be lower that $1.4 Billion number you have?

You dated it March - 2022 at $1.4 Billion outstanding debt but that was actually the year end of q4? Wouldn't we of already brought that number lower as Q1 is done?

Also is Q1 finished already or just the pricing?

Onion good catch that is as at Dec 31...as we don't know March yet. I would assume March is going to be below 1.3b
