Excellent

I am a long term holder.  My horizon is 3-5 years as I DO beleve we are at the beginning of a structural bull market.  For me, this is an excellent deal that will payout in the future 10x. It is not a good deal for any "flippers" and short term holders (Snowball, Cobalt, are you reading this?). I couldn't care less if it hits $5.29 today as I am more interested in where it will trade in the future.

I feel so sorry for the penny flippers and the day traders, today they can not make much on this, just  maybe  one or two dollars   or worst just .50 cents. But if you are long like me I am still make 200%  ( regular account ) and 400% (  my retire plan)   ,  on my investment, not bad to compare with the penny flippers and day traders. Long will be ...more

Lol same song and dance since 2016... except share price was higher in 2016! Hahaha I guess long term means eternity lmao  GL Mas.
Comment by masfortuna on Feb 28, 2023 2:13pm
Nah not eternity.  As I said 3-5 years.

If oil does what you think and gas is back to $4, 3-5 years should put us well into a GOP government no idea how you can think to be long Oil names then drill baby drill

Perhaps but I have only been here for 2 years (check my post dates). and since I do "ME" best, that's my plan.
Comment by Cobalt on Feb 28, 2023 1:25pm
I'm netrual it really is a recession call 50/50, can pick it up much lower if we go into one also if the GOP gets in i short oil drill baby drill, my plan as of now is to be out of Oils come june (seasonal high) then see how recession plays
Comment by masfortuna on Feb 28, 2023 2:16pm
So let me get this straight...In case the GOP gets in in 2026/27 you are out of oil in JUNE 2023??? OK sure Cobalt. And fyi June is usually when oil goes up as the driving sason starts but that's when you plan to sell it??? But you are holding it now during seasonality lows? Right. Got it.  Gl!
Comment by Cobalt on Feb 28, 2023 2:24pm
No i'm out off all oil in June all these charts are the same to see how if the recession plays out that should hit later this year , if GOP gets in i will short oil names 2024
Comment by Cobalt on Apr 12, 2023 11:45pm

Thx for the chart Cobalt.  Yes I am familiar with the chart. Looks like it peaks in mid July but looks strong until October.  That chart is a 20 year avg. Eitherway you would be out  "by June" as per your words. Why not stay until the fall if you are worried about a recession?
Comment by Cobalt on Feb 28, 2023 4:15pm
June will be tight enough i may not last that long 6% rates are now being talked about OUCH "Sell in May and go away" could ring very true this year
Comment by masfortuna on Feb 28, 2023 4:21pm
This year is a "gong-show".  Nobody really knows what they are doing and the FED is all over the map. Maybe we get a recession, maybe we don't. If we do get one, it will be my first recession where the job market is short on employees. Everything is topsy turvy and maybe OIL may be the big winner this year. I am giving it a 50/50.
Comment by 65F09A on Feb 28, 2023 4:23pm
Or was it Sell in Jan cause the FED's changing their plan?
Comment by markymark1 on Feb 28, 2023 3:24pm
The problem is that at the end of the 3-5 year cycle, it's always another 3-5 year wait according to those who make the rules.  Good luck to everyone.
