If Nuttall sold all his position, this is not a big thing because  Nuttall is not an investor  he is a speculator- trader (not in long term), just in and out like he did with others oil stocks, he has the reputation in and out, in short term. So in fact, Nuttall out of BTE will be a good thing for the future of BTE.

He sent out a tweet defending BTE today so pretty sure he didn't sell. This BTE stockhouse board is brutal by the way. Never seen so much negativity (not even counting today).

These may be good lands that BTE might acquire from this new deal, but the macro picture for Eagle Ford is not good IMO.  The Eagle Ford has had the h3ll drilled out of it already.  How many more wellbores can you shoehorn into that heavily drilled play?  The maturity of the Eagle Ford is apparent in the production performance for the play over the past couple years-- flat
