You sound surprised. The Democrats need to continue to sell to pay for the welfare state they are dreaming of. THEY WILL NEVER REPLENISH THE SPR...This will be drained to near empty by the end of Bidens term.

Anyone think Biden is draining  the SPR so that he can refill cheaper. His way of shorting oil, excpecially now when he was supposed to be refilling?

Cheaper oil masks the carbon tax at the pump. Just look at the price of gas compared to the oil price. 90 dollar oil will significanty increase the price at the pump and will push inflation higher. Gov't has  been able to increase the carbon tax and bring down inflation.
