If one examines Level 2, you will again note that heavy volumes have moved in on the TSX between $4:96 and $5:01 - over a million shares, to enure that the SP does not move, At WTI oil over $80 US, the SP should easily be over $5:10 DYODD

Great. The lower the share price, the more shares the company can buy back
