Yes, and this with China's lower demand and fear of recession in Europe and North America, imagine if China's demand boosts and fear of recession is shaded.

Isnt that how July ended, with a huge draw number far beyond preditions? as if to compensate for their miscalulations the rest of the month? then get a huge build number in the first week of next month again? does one guy tabulate these numbers? maybe they should install a meter?
