I can see some downgrades coming from analysts ... imo the target of $9-$10 was/is far too optimistic .... maybe something in the $7 range is more attainable and reasonable. This stock is a dog

If I am not mistaken… Even if the proposed legislation were implemented. Wouldn’t it only apply to future projects? Meaning that any existing arrangements or projects would be exempt.
