This DISTRICT will reward share holders -period.  The 60 million Silver Royalty is now worth 1.7 Billion by itself. In the future you will ask yourself why this stock was so dirt cheap. Maybe in the future ,but a number of unknowns between then and now. Short term downside has no limit where as upside very limited and has been for an extended period of time. No rush to buy into this presently

Your royalty valuation is "optmisitic".... Glencore has owned the ‘Hackett River’ Zinc property for more than ten years. There are no Proven, Probable, Measured, reserves / resources but there are 27Mt in Indicated and 60Mt in Inferred (as of Dec 2022). There has been no further exploratory work since the 2013 drilling campaign (Dec 2013 Zinc was trading around US$0.95

Oh I owned it when it was Sabina Silver. I'm well aware of the Hackett resource. The improved infrastructure by B2  at the port, and inflation of commodities will (yes it may be a few years) will ultimately be developed and then that royalty comes rolling in.  If you have seen all the high grade gold everywhere in this DISTRICT, you'd be buying not selling. Yes, I agree. Buying a these levels, with all this company has going for it, IMO is a good bet.  In 2020, I averaged it down to 4.10  just after COVID crazines, same year I sold it at above 9.00. GOLD was not this high.... I'am looking for the same gig here soon. JUST ME.
