RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Have any of you invested in BX"I assume then, the companies that want BU's product are legit andrather large companies? Because BXI's company doesn't really indicatethey have 'food companies' ready to buy their product. Or BXI's foodcompanies don't require GRAS notification? Which then I can only assumeare not very large, (on a global scale) It's all very confusing."
"Rereading BU's news releases it states they have signed MTA's with majorfood and beverage companies? Who are they? If these companies are whoI think they are, then BU is clearly in the drivers seat."
When Tergesson, the BU president, was on BNN a while back, he stated that BU has material transfer agreements (MTA's) with four of the five worlds largest food and beverage companies, although due to confidentiality agreements would not specifically name the four. Yes, they are working with some big names.
As to BXI, they seem to be working exclusively with Helm AG, which is not the end user, and will distribute the product to food cos. It is unclear to me who their customers will be. It does seem odd, though, that they do not seek GRAS notification.
"Why would BU go through all of this patent, GRAS, MTA's... confusion if it were not required?"
The patents are not necessarily required to produce, but are smart protection of your unique processes and products.
