While I as a shareholder of course want management to also care about shareholder value, I don't think BU would invest their time well if they'd focus on "pushing and promoting" the stock. While I agree that PR doesn't seem to be their biggest strength, on the other hand I am rather happy that they don't artificially try to push the stock price up. They seem to have enough confidence in their business and products that they don't feel they have to take to those measures, which I applaud.
The stock price will go up when the company can deliver results. Until then, one either has to be patient, or sell the stock and invest money elsewhere. It's simple.
