Tergesen apparently made a lot of "promises" to these share holders and delivered on nothing. I dont blame them for exiting. Tergesen has qero credibility left and announcements they are going to be at "trade shows' and investor forums is a complete joke and waste of time.

Hard to understand how the major shareholders have left him alone and actually reward this guy with options, etc.
