Not sure your point 2, an overtake action, is a good news. Will cash a sustantial profit for sure but nothing compare if I have the opportunity to keep my BU shares two or tree years from now. Then , it could be a fortune to cash for actual shareholders. I am asking myself if the current push  decreasing BU'S SP value from 6$ to 3$ is not an dedicated exercice from the buyer to offer a

TO: fundmanager1944 I would be happy with an overtake price of 20-30$ by the end of this year. Will celebrate. Again,it will worth the wait to sell in 2024-2025. I will not argue against your points 1. i am a little more optimistic 2. I think that the overtake will not last 3 years why ? because the bib boys are in a hurry to take part in this great market and they need super products so some of them will be competing - this will force someone to act quicker - and ofc everyone can calculate the future sales and plant-numbers of merit/ Burcon

The share has lost CA$ 3 or almost 50% of its value in the last few weeks and then rises by CA$ 0.20 in a single day and already some fantasists are dreaming of M&A and CA$ 20 - 30 again. Preferably still this year. Strange ....
