If at any time during that two-year period the closing price of the Common Shares of Baylin on the Toronto Stock Exchange is equal to or higher than $1.40 per Common Share for 20 consecutive trading days, the Company may notify the holders of the Warrants that the Warrants will expire 30 days following the notice.
