RE:BNNnew CEO coming in and current CEO staying on to help transition into role and then seeking other job opportunities elsewhere....Huge insider buying so for sure this is either going to be taken private or merging with another company....It's happening and looking at the chart, talks started in and around December and this paper moved upwards into the 2.10ish area....At one point the securities commision requested info on why stock was moving and BYL didn't state"because we think it's undervalued", they stated that they had no material info for rise in stock price....we will probably be offered 2.50 ish for our shares..sigh...being in at 99 cents and adding here & there, I'll take it....
