RE: dlkm

RE: dlkmI would think DLKM has a fairly good idea of what they hold. Seems that the previous owners have been poking around on that property since 2005. The 43-101 will probably be late, but imminent. From their website:

"IPP Gold Limited, the former owner and now a Douglas Lake Minerals shareholder, performed extensive work on the area over several field seasons dating back to 2005. This work included geologic mapping, rock and soil sampling, trenching, ground magnetic surveys, as well as a large airborne magnetic and radiometric survey performed by the Council for Geoscience of South Africa. All geochemical analytical work was conducted by internationally accredited and independent laboratories – SGS Laboratories and Humac Laboratories, in Mwanza, Tanzania.

Based on the prior work conducted in the area, the company believes that certain portions of its Handeni Project possess excellent potential for shear-hosted economic gold vein mineralization. Douglas Lake is preparing a Technical Report on the Handeni Project in accordance with the provisions of NI 43-101 of the Canadian Securities Administrators, which management believes should be approved and released before the end of the 2010."
