RE: 0.07sq/km (ANBCA et al)

RE: 0.07sq/km (ANBCA et al)1. I've gone over the math previously (when the dispute started) and won't go over it again. If you need to know the exact numbers, find my post in the myriads of post that followed.
2. The disputed license was significantly material for SOC, and of very little material significance for CAN. This is open to your personal interpretation of material significance. For CAN, will it make a difference in the long haul if CAN can prove up 10, 15, or 20 million ounces or just 9.5, 14.5, or 19.5 million ounces?
3. Yes, we drilled on SOC's claim with pretty darned good results, but the vast majority of those released drill results are on our undisputed land.
4. Yes, I do believe CAN's management was not completely honest about the dispute.
5. Yes, I do believe the dispute is not over. The good doctor isn't going to settle for local miners chopping up his claim. The Ministry revoked the mining license, not his rights to the property.
6. SOC has the disputed property map on their website. If you need to know exactly where it sits, by all means take a look. No need for CAN to post it at this point.
